Land Appraisal Request
 
The more information we receive up front, the sooner we can get started on your Land Appraisal. If you don't know, simply complete all the boxes starred in red and submit your request. We will then forward your details onto our recommended Bahamian Land Appraiser who will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

The Bahamas Real Estate Association (BREA) Fee Schedule for Appraisals is 0.125% of the property value or $300 for a vacant plot of land. A non-refundable deposit is required by the Bahamian Land Appraiser before inspection commences.
