1. Bahamas Land Listings provides this
internet Land Listings Service under the following terms and
conditions of service and use. You understand and acknowledge
that the Services are provided to you under these Terms. By
accessing and using the internet
Bahamas Land
Listings Service, you
agree that you have read and understand the Terms and that
you agree to be bound by them, without limitation or qualification.
2.
Bahamas Land Listings is NOT a Real Estate Broker or Agent,
and is NOT registered as a Real Estate Agency with the Bahamas
Real Estate Association. Bahamas Land Listings represents
neither the buyer nor seller and receives NO SALES COMMISSION
on the sale of land listed in this service.

Bahamas Land Listings does not provide legal advice to potential
"buyers" or "sellers".
4.
Privacy: as part of the Land Listing Request Form, you will
be asked to provide personal contact information. This data
will be used by the Bahamas Land Listings management solely
for the purposes of contacting the seller. Certain personal
contact information will not be passed to any third parties
outside of Bahamas Land Listings. The only contact information
made publicly available on the Land For Sale page will be
the Direct Email Address and/or Direct Telephone Number of
the seller.

Bahamas Land Listings does not make any guarantees, express
or implied, regarding the accuracy of the Land For Sale pages.
It is your sole responsibility to independently evaluate the
accuracy of the information presented on the Land For Sale
pages. All information, including pricing, is subject to change
without notice. The seller has provided all information contained
in the Land For Sale pages.

Bahamas Land Listings do not screen content for accuracy or
reliability, but we shall have the right in our sole discretion
to remove any content from the website, without liability
to you for any reason that we believe may create liability
for us, or that we deem otherwise objectionable.

Bahamas Land Listings is a internet based listing service
provider that publishes real estate land listings on behalf
of land owners. Bahamas Land Listings is NOT liable for typographical
errors, misprints, omissions, or misinformation.
8.
Modifications to the Terms: Bahamas Land Listings may change
the Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify
you of any such changes by posting them on the Bahamas Land
Listings homepage. If you object to any such changes, your
sole recourse shall be to cease using the Land Listings Service.
Continued use of the Service following notice of any such
changes shall indicate your acknowledgement of such changes
and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such
changes, without limitation or qualification.

Modifications to the Services: We reserve the right to modify
the Land Listings Service with 24 hour notice to you. If you
object to any such changes, your sole recourse shall be to
cease using the Land Listings Service by email request to:

Service following notice of any such changes shall indicate
your acknowledgement of such changes and satisfaction with
the Land Listings Service as so modified.

Copyright Trademarks: Names, Logos, and other materials displayed
on the Bahamas Land Listings website constitute Trademarks,
Trade Names, or Logos of Bahamas Land Listings or other entities.
You are not authorized to use any such Trademarks. Ownership
of all such Trademarks and the goodwill associated therewith
remains with us or those other entities.
